- In the event of any changes in your plans due to flight delays & flight cancellations,
please notify us as soon as possible by calling (602)240-3900.
- If the passenger does not inform our office about changes/cancellation in
their scheduled pick up within at least 2 Hours in advance, it will be
considered a “no show” by the customer and the
full fare will be charged to their credit card plus the
applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket cost.
