Policy Statements:
In the event of any changes in plans
due to flight delays & flight cancellations, please
notify us as soon as possible by calling (602) 240-3900
Cancellation of reservations must
be made by email to info@airportmastersedan.com or by
fax to 480-9411722, no later than 24 hrs in advance,
otherwise $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to
your credit card
If the passenger does not inform
our office about changes/cancellation in his/her scheduled
pick up within 24hrs in advance, it will be considered
a “no show” by the passenger/customer and
the full fare will be charged to their credit card plus
the applicable waiting time and all other out of pocket
cost.
A 5% processing fee, base on the
fare, stops and waiting time will be added to customer’s
bill who is paying the credit card
After 10 minutes grace period, a
$40.00/hr waiting time, extra stop en route will be
added
We do not take any responsibility
for items that are left in vehicles
Taxes additional where applicable
Sedans are billed at a 2 hour minimum
regardless of use
Additional Gratuities or cash given
to the driver is at your own discretion
